Colleen Sylvia Smith, 50, was last seen the morning of February 9, 2016, in Rock Creek, British Columbia. Friends reported her missing on February 13 after she failed to show up for work and could not be reached, behavior described as highly uncharacteristic for someone known for reliability. She was active in her community, loved animals, and was working on a wedding dress when she vanished.

On May 3, 2016, Colleen’s blue 2005 Chevrolet Cobalt was found locked and apparently in good condition in a Kelowna Walmart parking lot, more than 80 miles from Rock Creek; the license plate had been removed. A search of the car yielded no clues and Colleen has had no known contact since her disappearance. She is described as a Caucasian female, 5 feet 5 inches, 130 to 150 pounds, with blonde hair, blue eyes, and glasses. Friends say she would never have willingly abandoned her four cats and a dog.

Does anyone have information about Colleen’s movements in February 2016 or recall seeing that Cobalt in the Kelowna area?
