I came across Christopher Thompson’s case recently and something that struck me was the location where his car was found. Netherby Road and Rusholm Road seem to be pretty remote areas. For anyone familiar with Welland or the surrounding region, does this spot have any significance, or is it typically a place someone might just pass through? It’s puzzling to think why his vehicle was there of all places. Could it have been a spot he liked to clear his head, or was it merely coincidental? Some of those roads can feel so isolated, it makes you wonder if it was just a random choice or if there’s more to it. It’d be interesting to hear local insights about that area!
