Hey everyone, I wanted to talk about an aspect of the Georges Turcotte case that I've been mulling over for a bit. It's about the discreet police surveillance that was reported to have been on Georges and Pauline before their disappearance. I find it curious and somewhat perplexing. What led the police to keep such a close watch on them in the first place? Was it just Georges' rumored connections with the criminal world? Or could there have been something else that had the authorities so interested? The surveillance didn't prevent the tragic outcome, but it does make me think that maybe the couple was entangled in something much bigger than what has been disclosed. I wonder if there are sealed files or info that could provide more insight into what was really going on in those weeks leading up to the disappearance and Pauline's tragic death.
