Donald John Watson was 50 when his movements last became traceable across international borders. His mother last saw him in Ontario in September 2012; public missing-person listings place his next documented movement on March 3, 2013, when Canadian authorities determined he had crossed from Mexico into the United States at Laredo, Texas. Watson was described as living a transient lifestyle and frequently traveling on foot, which helps explain long gaps in contact but also makes reconstructing his route difficult.
He was about 5 feet 3 inches, with brown hair and brown eyes. Anyone who knew Watson’s movements, saw him around Laredo in March 2013, or has information that could help locate him is asked to come forward.
