Has anyone else noticed how little coverage Harry Emerson White's case has received compared to others in the area? I recently stumbled across his name while compiling a list of missing persons from the early '90s in Toronto, and I was surprised by the lack of media attention. It seems odd considering he disappeared from such a densely populated city. Normally, you'd think there'd be more help from the public or tips if there were more awareness.
I keep wondering whether the local news at the time covered his disappearance but wasn't archived online, or if there were any flyers or community efforts to find him that might have generated more information back then. It's a shame that so much seems to have been lost to time. With the explosion of digital media today, missing persons often remain at the forefront due to social media shares and online news articles, but Harry’s case feels like it got lost just as his digital footprint would have begun to develop.
Perhaps someone with ties to the area during that period might remember something... Any ideas on how we can tap into older, non-digital records or memories to try to rediscover more about those early days post-disappearance?
