Has anyone considered the possibility that Terry Zubko might have been picked up by someone in a car? I know there were searches around the hospital and nearby areas, but it seems plausible that he could have been offered a ride if someone saw him walking along the road. It was 1982, and maybe it wasn’t unusual for people to hitchhike or stop to help someone who looked like they were in trouble. Given the fact that Terry didn't have money or ID, getting into a car might have seemed like a better option than wandering aimlessly. I’ve read about cases where good intentions from passersby inadvertently led to someone going missing when that's not what they intended. I also wonder if the police ever looked into whether anyone driving through the area that day reported seeing him or offered a ride. Since there were a few sightings in North Bay, if he did get a ride somewhere, he might’ve not made it back. Just a thought worth considering!
