Hey everyone, I’ve been following the case about Sherman Stroud’s tragic death, and something that really hits home for me is the use of technology to detect and respond to gun violence. The "multi-gunshot detection alert" played a crucial role in getting police to the scene quickly. It's a chilling thought that technology developed to detect shootings even has to exist, but here we are. It’s comforting to know that this tech might help in bringing justice for Sherman. To anyone who knew Sherman, my deepest sympathies are with you. I can't imagine the pain of losing someone this way. I hope that as awareness increases, these tools can aid in solving such horrific crimes or, better yet, reduce the number of these incidents happening in the first place. Anyone with information, please consider reaching out to Crime Stoppers. Any detail, however small, could make a difference.
