Conrad Alexander Holaway was 17 and a Winter Park, Florida resident when he died from gunshot injuries on December 19, 2023. Family members reported hearing multiple gunshots around 3 a.m.; they later found him unresponsive in his bedroom and called 911. The Seminole County Sheriff’s Office tied the killing to disagreements between Conrad and a friend, Alan Javon Morris, 19, who had been staying at the Holaway residence and was told to move out on December 14. Morris allegedly returned on December 19 and shot Conrad multiple times through a window.
Alan Javon Morris was arrested on January 12, 2024, on an active warrant for first-degree premeditated murder; he also faces unrelated charges of two counts of lewd and lascivious battery on a minor. Another person, Isaiah Allen Crisp, has been charged with first-degree premeditated murder in connection with Conrad’s death; details of Crisp’s alleged role have not been fully disclosed. Conrad’s family described him as compassionate and kind and have set up a memorial fundraiser to help cover funeral and living costs.
If anyone knew Conrad, his routines, or saw suspicious activity near Zelina Point on December 19, what information can be shared with investigators?
