On March 26, 2024, neighbors on West 21st Street in Tifton, Georgia, were disturbed by a shooting that left 39-year-old Anzley Nicole ’Nikki’ Gandy dead at the scene. Deputies from the Tift County Sheriff’s Office found Gandy deceased and 31-year-old Adam Tyler Fall with a gunshot wound; Fall was taken to a hospital. An autopsy for Gandy was scheduled at the GBI Medical Examiner’s Office.
Law enforcement took a suspect into custody at the scene, identified as 38-year-old Wayne Doyle of Tifton. Fall died of his injuries on March 29, 2024, making him the second fatality from the incident. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation led the inquiry and charges prepared for prosecution were referred to the Tift County Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s Office.
According to charging documents, Doyle was booked on multiple counts including malice murder and felony murder in connection with both deaths, aggravated assault counts including against a law enforcement officer, attempted removal of a weapon from an officer, and weapons offenses alleging possession by a convicted felon and possession of a firearm during a crime. Does anyone have information about Gandy or Fall’s activities in Tifton around late March 2024 that could help the investigation?
