On the afternoon of Monday, February 26, 2024, 27-year-old Khailil D’Antonino Antwoine Buckner was shot at a residence on North McPherson Avenue in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. Officers found him with a single gunshot wound to the chest around 5:30 p.m. He received first aid at the scene and was flown to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee, where he later died of his injury.
Hopkinsville Police identified a suspect and an arrest warrant for murder was issued for 24-year-old Kamron Snyder of Lima, Ohio. Snyder was arrested in Allen County, Ohio, the day after the shooting and extradited to Christian County, Kentucky, where he was arraigned and a not guilty plea was entered on his behalf. A Christian County Grand Jury later returned an indictment for first-degree murder and Snyder was held on a $500,000 bond as the case moved toward trial.
Does anyone have information about Khailil, the residence on North McPherson Avenue, or events from that afternoon that could help clarify what happened?
