Jeremy Lowe was 21 when he was shot and killed in Miami on October 21, 2009. The attack occurred about 12:55 p.m. at 467 NW 8th Street when a black sports utility vehicle drove up to a group gathered on the corner and occupants opened fire, striking three people. One victim was pronounced dead at the scene; Lowe and another victim were taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center in critical condition and Lowe later died of his wounds.

Witnesses reported two people fleeing the scene in the black SUV. Miami Police homicide detectives have investigated and the case remains unsolved. Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $3,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.
