I'm really puzzled by the lack of progress in Jose Salvador Serrano's case. It's been over a decade, and the fact that there are still no solid leads or witnesses is incredibly frustrating. I cannot imagine the pain his family and close friends must be going through all these years without answers.
I'm curious about the location of the attack. Winter Garden Village Apartments, especially at that hour, must have had some people around. Was there any mention of security cameras? It's hard to believe that no one saw or heard anything at what seems like a fairly populated area.
