Julie Wills, 32, was found stabbed to death in her Boca Raton, Florida home on April 14, 1996. She had attended a party on the night of April 12 and was last seen leaving that gathering alone and returning to her residence. A friend who had been at the party with her, Steven Flacco, tried contacting her over the weekend; when there was no response he went to her house and discovered her body on the kitchen floor through a sliding door.

Investigators concluded Julie was likely killed late on April 12 or in the early hours of April 13, soon after she came home. Extensive interviews and forensic work were conducted, but the case eventually went cold. Her parents continue to return to Boca Raton for memorials and meetings with detectives as they seek new leads. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Boca Raton Police or Crime Stoppers.
