Three-year-old Julie Magiulo was last seen alive on June 8, 1987, playing in the front yard of her Pompano Beach, Florida home. Nearly ten months later, on April 21, 1988, two men scouting for hunting land found her skeletal remains in an undeveloped area of Broward County near what was then called Binocular Lake, in the area now known as Weston.

Authorities determined Julie had been asphyxiated. No suspects have been identified and investigators found no clear signs explaining how she ended up at that location. Her family and the community were devastated, and the case remains unsolved. The FBI has offered a reward and advocacy groups continue to seek leads.

If anyone has information, no matter how small, that could help bring answers about Julie’s abduction and death, please come forward.
