Tabatha Anita Moore, 57, of Tupelo, Mississippi, was found fatally shot on February 18, 2024, inside a residence on Bradley Road in Pontotoc County. A 40-year-old man, Gastin White, was also found shot and killed at the same location. Moore was described as a devoted daughter, mother and grandmother, a sister and friend, and the owner of a cleaning business.
Pontotoc County investigators treated the deaths as a double homicide and arrested three people in connection with the case. Michael O’Neal and Lebreko Clark were taken into custody first, and a third suspect, Benoris Floyd, was later arrested. Floyd faces two counts of murder relating to the deaths of Moore and White.
The community remains shocked by the sudden violence and is seeking answers about what happened that day. If anyone knew Tabatha, Gastin, their movements on February 18, or has information about the killings, please come forward.
