A domestic dispute in the early morning hours of November 2, 2024, ended in the death of 64-year-old Lewis Anthony Polk. He was shot and killed at his apartment in the Signature Pointe Apartments on Emily Lane in Piedmont, South Carolina, during an incident that began about 4:30 a.m. Two other residents of the same apartment were also shot and injured.

Investigators say Polk, 24-year-old Tybloshie Shunquavius Rayquan Tate and 41-year-old Jimeika Lakeshia Williams all lived together. Authorities allege the disagreement between Polk and Tate escalated and that Tate shot Polk. Tate was arrested and booked on multiple charges including murder, possession of a weapon during a violent crime, possession of a weapon by a person convicted of certain crimes, and possession with intent to distribute marijuana. Williams and a 17-year-old, Omarien Raykel Anderson, were each charged with accessory after the fact of murder and were booked at the Greenville County Detention Center.

Does anyone have information about the household or was in the area that morning who can help clarify what happened?
