In the early morning hours of May 18, 2024, a targeted shooting inside a home on Hayden Street in Walterboro, South Carolina, left three people dead. Victims included 43-year-old Alisha Gardner, her 2-year-old granddaughter Asiyra Saige Cole, and 49-year-old Harvell Breland. The Colleton County Sheriff’s Office described the triple killing as deliberate and launched a homicide investigation.

Investigators arrested 31-year-old Jameek Glover on June 4, 2024, initially charging him with accessory after the fact of murder for allegedly driving the shooters away; those charges were later upgraded to three counts of murder. A second suspect, 23-year-old Justin Dupont of Walterboro, was arrested on June 18, 2024, and also charged with three counts of murder. Authorities believe at least one other person involved remains at large. Both Glover and Dupont were denied bond and remained in custody.

The family has offered a substantial reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of any remaining suspects. If anyone knew Alisha, Asiyra, Harvell, or has information about the shooting or others involved, please come forward.
