On the morning of Wednesday, November 17, 2010, city employees in Savannah, Georgia, discovered the body of 39-year-old Patrick James Dunn in a grassy area between a school and a daycare center. Dunn, who was believed to have been experiencing homelessness, was taken to the State Crime Lab in Savannah where an autopsy determined he died from gunshot wounds; his death was ruled a homicide.
The Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Department investigated and issued a public appeal for information, including a Crimestoppers tip request, but no public announcements of suspects or arrests followed.
If anyone saw activity near that school or daycare on November 17, 2010, or has information about Patrick Dunn’s last movements, please share what is known.
