I keep thinking about the timing of when Jonathan's coworkers discovered him. It must have been incredibly jarring for them, given that it was just another regular day at work. I've heard people talk about the sense of guilt that can come after finding someone in such circumstances, even though they're not responsible. It's so important for these folks to get the support they need as well, because witnessing something like that can have lasting effects. I'm glad there are initiatives like "Be The Difference" that provide resources for everyone affected by mental health challenges, but I wonder if workplaces could do more to support mental health and well-being too. Jonathan was clearly loved and respected at FCS Race, and I hope his coworkers find solace and healing.

Does anyone know if there are plans to create a memorial or tribute at Jonathan's workplace? It seems like he was really well-loved by his coworkers. I hope they can find some comfort in honoring his memory. It's clear from everything I've read that he was not just a skilled craftsman but also someone who lent a hand whenever others needed help. It's so important that his kindness and passion for his work are remembered by those who spent their days with him. I’m sending thoughts and strength to everyone who knew him. Also, if anybody has more information on how folks are coming together to support his family, please share. It would be great to know how people can contribute or show their support.
