Does anyone else find it odd that the shooting happened so close to a bus stop on Slauson Avenue? Makes me wonder if there's any significance to that particular location. With it being a public area, you'd think there might be more witnesses or even cameras that could have captured something useful for the investigation. It's so unsettling to think Alfredo Ivan Canelo was in such a familiar spot one moment and gone the next. My heart goes out to his family and friends who are left searching for answers while trying to cope with this loss. I hope those responsible are caught soon and that the investigators find the footage they need to help solve this case. Anyone in the area, please keep your eyes open and offer any information you might have!
It's incredibly difficult to wrap my head around the loss that Alfredo's family and friends must be feeling right now. One thing that's really struck me about this case is the time of the shooting—9:50 p.m. It wasn’t too late, and he was probably just wrapping up his day. It's chilling to think that someone could be heading home, thinking about dinner or what show to watch next, and then, in a blink of an eye, everything changes.
