I've been following this case closely, and there's one aspect that's puzzling me. Why did this confrontation occur at a cemetery? It's such an odd and unsettling place for a dispute to escalate into violence. It makes me wonder if there was some significance to the location that might have played a role in what happened. Was the meeting planned there, or did it just happen to unfold at that site? My heart goes out to Ruben Tapia’s family. Does anyone have thoughts on the District Attorney's decision not to charge Hernandez yet? It's so frustrating how justice can feel like it's hanging in the balance sometimes. I can't imagine what Ruben Tapia's family must be going through, knowing that the person involved in his death is not currently facing charges. I understand the need to thoroughly investigate self-defense claims, but it feels like there's more to this story that still needs uncovering.
