On January 16, 2023, at about 3:30 a.m., a mass shooting in Goshen, California left six members of the Parraz family dead, including 52-year-old Eladio Parraz Jr. Other victims were 72-year-old Rosa Parraz, 50-year-old Jennifer Analla, 19-year-old Marcos Parraz, 16-year-old Alissa Parraz, and her 10-month-old son Nycholas. Authorities described the killings as carried out in a cartel-style execution. Alissa attempted to flee the home with her infant but both were shot and killed outside the residence.
In the weeks after the massacre law enforcement launched Operation Nightmare and arrested two suspects: 35-year-old Angel Uriarte and 25-year-old Noah Beard. Both are described as known gang members and have been charged with six counts of murder. Uriarte exchanged gunfire with federal agents during his apprehension and was injured before being taken into custody. Investigators have linked the motive to gang affiliations and rivalries; a week before the shooting a search warrant at the Parraz home recovered drugs, ammunition, and weapons and led to the arrest and release on bail of a family member.
Does anyone have information about the family or events in Goshen that could help the ongoing investigation?
