On January 16, 2023, a mass shooting at a residence on Harvest Avenue in Goshen, California, left six people dead, including 50-year-old Jennifer Analla. The other victims were identified as 72-year-old Rosa Parraz, 52-year-old Eladio Parraz Jr., 19-year-old Marcos Parraz, 16-year-old Alissa Parraz, and Alissa’s 10-month-old son Nycholas. Most victims suffered gunshot wounds to the head and were executed at close range.
Surveillance footage showed 16-year-old Alissa Parraz attempting to flee with her infant by placing him over a fence and then trying to scale it; both were shot and killed during the escape attempt. Law enforcement launched Operation Nightmare and arrested two suspects: 35-year-old Angel Uriarte, taken after a shootout with federal agents, and 25-year-old Noah Beard, arrested without incident. Both men, identified as Norteños gang members, were charged with six counts of murder and held without bail.
Investigators described the motive as believed to be gang-related, linked to rivalries and prior altercations. A week before the attack, a search warrant at the home turned up drugs, ammunition, and weapons and led to one resident’s arrest. Does anyone have information about the household or the victims that could help clarify what led to this attack?
