Ronnie L. Stroud, 66, of Milltown, Indiana, was last seen at his home on July 4, 2021. Concern grew when his son, having not heard from him for several days, checked the house on July 10, 2021, and found the front door open; nothing inside appeared disturbed. The family reported him missing and searches followed.

Stroud is described as a 5 feet 11 inches Caucasian male, about 120 pounds, with gray hair, a gray beard, and blue eyes. He usually wore camouflage clothing, tennis shoes and a hat, and was an avid hunter, fisher and hiker who frequented Wyandotte Lake and the Shoe Tree area near Milltown. He typically traveled on foot or by bicycle.

The Crawford County Sheriff’s Office and volunteers conducted large-scale searches of areas he was known to visit, but those efforts produced no significant leads or evidence. The circumstances of his disappearance remain unexplained.

If anyone saw Ronnie near Wyandotte Lake, the Shoe Tree area, or elsewhere around Milltown in early July 2021, please come forward with any information.
