On the evening of Christmas Eve 2024 a 23-year-old man named Tivory Bartlett of Douglassville was fatally shot in the parking lot of a Sheetz convenience store in Manchester, Pennsylvania. Bartlett was found in his vehicle in the 4300 block of North George Street Extension shortly after 5:00 p.m., suffering multiple gunshot wounds, and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators say Bartlett arrived and backed into a space at 5:01 p.m. A Hyundai sedan carrying two people pulled in nearby a few minutes later. According to witness statements and surveillance, 25-year-old Tajai Markeise Robert Scott entered Bartlett’s front passenger seat and 19-year-old Ajanii Lemar Barnes entered the rear passenger seat. At about 5:09 p.m. Bartlett’s car accelerated, struck a parked vehicle, and Scott allegedly shot Bartlett multiple times. Barnes fled on foot; Scott is reported to have climbed out a broken passenger window with a handgun, rejoined the Hyundai and drove away.

Both men were later identified as primary suspects and charged with criminal homicide. Does anyone have information about Bartlett’s movements that evening or surveillance from nearby businesses?
