Eduardo Concepcion, 30, was fatally shot in Stratford, Connecticut in the early morning of January 12, 2019. The shooting happened just after 2:15 a.m. while Concepcion and another man sat in a parked car on Regency Terrace near Peace Street. Two males on foot approached, a verbal exchange occurred, and one of the men produced a firearm and fired at least one shot, striking Concepcion. He was taken to Bridgeport Hospital but died of his injuries.
The two suspects ran on foot, last seen fleeing on Peace Street toward Thompson Street; they were described as wearing dark clothing, with one reportedly in bright white sneakers. A preliminary investigation indicated the killing was not random. Police appealed to the public for help and by late 2019 no arrests had been announced; a $50,000 reward was offered for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
Is there anyone who remembers seeing activity near Regency Terrace on the night of January 12, 2019?
