A July 30, 2017 house party on Bailey Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, ended in a double shooting that killed 25-year-old Jenssy Hernandez and wounded his brother Javier, then 26. Authorities identified 23-year-old Jeffery Tapia of Roxbury as a suspect. He was arraigned in Salem Superior Court and ordered held without bail.
