Christopher Mann, 24, of Roslindale was found shot to death in Brockton, Massachusetts on the evening of Thursday, August 13, 2015. Neighbors on Boylston Street had noticed a foul odor for a couple of days, which grew stronger after rain; a resident who became concerned called authorities. Police found his body in the backyard of an abandoned house; he was reportedly wearing only his boxer shorts and had suffered a single gunshot wound.

Mann’s family had reported him missing on August 7 after he had recently returned to the area following a month in New Jersey. Investigators spent more than 18 hours processing the scene, and Brockton and Massachusetts State Police later explored a possible connection to the May 2015 shooting death of his half-brother, Kevin Mann, in Providence, Rhode Island. As of the latest reporting, no arrests or suspects have been publicly identified.

Did anyone in Brockton or nearby towns see Christopher in the days before he was reported missing or have information about activity around that abandoned house?
