Adam Vallejos-Landers, a 26-year-old Hispanic man, was found with a fatal gunshot wound at a residence on North Prince Street in Clovis, New Mexico, on the morning of January 14, 2020. He was taken to Plains Regional Medical Center and did not survive.

Family members say he was discovered in a storage shed outside the home. Investigators later questioned the initial view of suicide after noting the bullet’s trajectory, a sawed-off shotgun reportedly in his hand, and an absence of blood spatter inside the confined shed—details that prompted authorities to treat the death as suspicious and consistent with possible foul play.

No arrests or named suspects have been publicly announced. If anyone knew Adam, was at the North Prince Street residence that morning, or has information about the shed or the shotgun, please come forward.
