A deadly road confrontation in North Las Vegas on February 21, 2022 ended with the death of 21-year-old Kai Malozzie Terry. Around 5:25 p.m. a dispute among occupants of three vehicles near Gold Crest Park, in the area of Craig Road and Revere Street, escalated and an unidentified person fired a gun, striking Terry in the head. Terry lost control of his vehicle, which struck a tree; he was pronounced dead at the scene. A male passenger in his 20s survived with non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to University Medical Center.

The North Las Vegas Police Department opened a homicide investigation. Authorities have not disclosed details about the other people involved in the dispute, and no arrests or suspect information have been released.
