Naajee Johnson, 23, was shot to death while working as a security guard at a construction site in a developing North Las Vegas neighborhood on March 6, 2019. Construction workers found him in his vehicle near Desert Senna Avenue and Evening Snow Court at about 10 a.m.; investigators believe the shooting happened hours earlier, around 4 a.m. Johnson had taken the job a month earlier to help with his grandmother’s expenses.

Residents reported hearing gunshots that night but did not notify police, and a subsequent rainstorm washed away possible forensic evidence, hampering the investigation. The North Las Vegas Police Department reported few leads, no identified suspect or motive, and asked the public for information. No arrest has been reported.

Did anyone in the area at that time see or hear anything that could help bring answers in Naajee Johnson’s case?
