Milan Lekich, 51, was found dead in Chicago’s Hegewisch neighborhood on May 28, 2013. His body was discovered wrapped in plastic and a blanket inside a garage on South Avenue M after he had been missing since March 2013. Dismembered remains were later identified as his, making his death part of a disturbing chain of events that crossed into Fowler, Indiana.

The case involves his wife, Teresa Jarding, and her mother, Nena Metoyer. Metoyer, 68, was found buried in the backyard of Jarding’s home in Fowler shortly after Jarding died of health-related issues. Jarding had refused to speak to police about her husband’s disappearance, and reports say she had taken control of Lekich’s bank accounts before he went missing, raising questions about a possible financial motive and connections among the deaths.

Many questions remain about who else, if anyone, was involved and why. Does anyone have information about Milan’s last confirmed whereabouts or contacts in March 2013?
