Reverend John Harvey Berry, 38, was shot at a residence at 117 South Central Avenue in Campbellsville, Kentucky, on the night of September 24, 2021. He was taken to Taylor Regional Hospital and died of his injuries. Berry lived in Summersville and served as a preacher at New Water Baptist Church. He had worked more than 15 years as a tooling machinist for DANA Corporation and was employed as a service technician for Instant Aire Heating and Cooling at the time of his death; he was also known for pencil artwork.

Investigators determined the shooting occurred during a domestic altercation and that his wife, Katie Morrison, shot him. Morrison was arrested and lodged in the Taylor County Detention Center; a Taylor County Grand Jury returned an indictment in November 2021 charging her with murder.

Does anyone have information about Reverend Berry’s last known movements or the residence on South Central Avenue?
