A family argument in rural Lee County, Kentucky, ended in a deadly shooting on the evening of June 28, 2018. Twenty-six-year-old Forest S. Lee was shot outside a residence on Spencer Fork Road and was pronounced dead at the scene by the Lee County Coroner. Reports say the dispute involved his younger brother, Anthony S. Lee, who was 20 at the time and allegedly retrieved a firearm and shot Forest.
After the shooting Anthony reportedly fled on an ATV; the vehicle was later found abandoned. The Kentucky State Police investigated and the next morning Anthony S. Lee was arrested and taken to the Three Forks Regional Jail. He faced multiple charges including Murder, Arson, Tampering with Physical Evidence, Fleeing or Evading Police, and two counts of Wanton Endangerment in the 1st Degree.
Does anyone have information about what led to that argument or witnessed activity near Spencer Fork Road that night?
