Bradley Owsley was 31 when he was found with a gunshot wound on the East Side of Lexington, Kentucky, on the evening of Saturday, February 24, 2018. Emergency responders attempted to save him, but he died of his injuries and the Fayette County Coroner ruled his death a homicide.

In the days after the killing there were no publicly released reports identifying suspects or announcing arrests. Family and friends mourned while investigators continued to seek information about what happened.
