On August 29, 2016, 52-year-old Suzette Langlois was found in her car parked in her Bellevue driveway, having been shot once in the head. The shooting prompted a prolonged investigation that initially left the person responsible at large.

A pistol magazine recovered from her vehicle proved crucial; DNA from the magazine tied to a suspect. Investigators determined the motive was connected to a drug debt owed by Langlois’s boyfriend. In September 2019, Anthony Kitchenakow, then 47, entered an Alford plea to first-degree reckless homicide and was sentenced in Brown County Circuit Court to 40 years in prison.

Does anyone in the area remember Suzette or have information about her life in Bellevue before August 29, 2016?
