On September 7, 2019, investigators in Beggs, Oklahoma, discovered a triple homicide inside a rural home: 69-year-old Evelyn Kaye Chandler, her husband Jack Randall Chandler, 65, and their 43-year-old daughter Tiffany Eichor had all been shot to death. Authorities say the killings were violent and deliberate, with Jack shot first, Tiffany chased down a hallway and shot multiple times in the back, and Evelyn found hiding in a closet.
Prosecutors allege the attack was intended to silence Tiffany, who was the key witness in a pending domestic assault case against Barry Titus II, with whom she had been in a relationship. Keegan Harroz, an Oklahoma City defense attorney, and Titus are accused of driving from Texas to the Chandlers’ home, cutting power and phone lines, forcing entry, and carrying out the shootings. Investigators reported two different weapons were used; Titus’s DNA was reportedly found on a baseball cap at the scene, surveillance footage allegedly showed a vehicle similar to Harroz’s Lexus nearby, and Harroz’s brother turned over an AR-15 he believed was involved.
In April 2021 Harroz and Titus were charged with three counts of first-degree murder and first-degree burglary; both pleaded not guilty and prosecutors said they would seek the death penalty. As of late 2025 the case had experienced delays and trial was not expected until at least 2026. Does anyone have information about the Chandlers, their routines, or that September 2019 timeline that could help clarify what happened?
