Tommie Lee Warren, known as Tommie Lee Tom Tom and also as Air Teezy, was 31 when he was killed on the evening of December 27, 2021, in Philadelphia, Mississippi. He answered his front door on Martin Luther King Jr. Drive to accept a pizza delivery when a stray bullet struck him during a shootout between two rival gangs nearby. Warren was not the intended target. A husband and father of two, he had incorporated AirTeezy Entertainment LLC earlier in 2021 and was remembered by family as a positive, involved presence who never missed a child’s doctor appointment or school event.

The Philadelphia Police Department investigated the shooting and arrested multiple people connected to the shootout. Six were initially taken into custody on charges including murder, aggravated assault and accessory after the fact; later reporting raised the total number arrested to twelve, with seven facing murder charges. Named among those charged with murder in connection with the incident are Dartavion Boyd, Jakyenzie Wilson, Jacoria Reynolds and Zykeus Macon; Meroski Harrington and James Carter were also arrested in connection with the case.
