Two residents of Itta Bena, Mississippi, were shot to death in 2020. Freddie Mask, 58, and 49-year-old Jacqueline Taylor were found killed in what local authorities described as a double homicide that prompted a criminal investigation.

Investigators identified and arrested another Itta Bena resident, Stephen B. Williams Jr., in connection with the killings. The case moved through the legal system, and Williams pleaded guilty to two counts of first-degree murder for the deaths of Mask and Taylor. A Leflore County Circuit Judge sentenced Williams to two consecutive life terms in prison.

Anyone who knew Freddie Mask or has information about the events surrounding the 2020 killings is asked to come forward.
