Kevin Christopher Robinson was 31 when he was shot and killed in Clarksdale, Mississippi, on the evening of Monday, December 10, 2018 — one day before his son was born. Family remembered him as a father and a hard worker; he graduated from Coahoma County High School and worked at Hunter Paper Company. In the winter before Christmas he had talked with his mother about buying presents, moving out of the city, and starting fresh.
The shooting happened at a residence known to law enforcement as a drug house, a location that had drawn prior police attention. The killing was the 12th homicide in Clarksdale that year. The Clarksdale Police Department, assisted by the Coahoma County Sheriff’s Department, opened an investigation and authorities later announced a suspect had been detained, though officers did not immediately release the person’s identity or the charges.
Did anyone in Clarksdale know Kevin or have information about the circumstances at that residence on December 10, 2018?
