On the evening of May 13, 2017, gunfire at the Reserve Apartments on Three Rivers Road in Gulfport, Mississippi, left two men dead. Inside an apartment officers found 40-year-old Fredrick Robinson of Biloxi fatally shot; 45-year-old Terry Singleton was later found dead from gunshot wounds in a pickup truck in the complex’s parking lot. Investigators described the incident as a drug deal that turned deadly.

Torre Mandrell Clark, then 35, was identified as the primary suspect and was arrested by U.S. Marshals on May 19, 2017, in Meridian after fleeing the Gulfport area. Clark was tried on two counts of first-degree murder; witnesses and phone records placed him at the scene and his car was seen fleeing, but no witness testified to seeing him fire the shots. Clark testified that Theodore and Charles Manning were the shooters. Theodore Manning later pleaded guilty to being an accessory after the fact to first-degree murder and Charles Manning pleaded guilty to obstruction of justice.

In October 2019 the jury acquitted Clark of first- and second-degree murder. The deaths of Fredrick Robinson and Terry Singleton remain unresolved. Does anyone have information about Robinson’s activities that evening or contacts who might help fill gaps in the timeline?
