On February 13, 2014, firefighters in Corinth, Mississippi, found a house on Second Street burned and, inside the charred remains, the bodies of two brothers: 66-year-old James Copeland and his 64-year-old brother Jerry Copeland. Investigators determined both men had been shot in the head before the fire was set, turning the scene from an accidental blaze into an apparent deliberate homicide and arson.

Authorities arrested 28-year-old Sirdon Greer in connection with the killings. Prosecutors charged him with two counts of murder and one count of arson, and investigators said the suspected motive involved a revenge dispute tied to Greer’s wife and Jerry Copeland’s son.

Did anyone in Corinth have contact with the Copeland brothers in the weeks before February 13, 2014, or recall unusual activity at the Second Street house?
