Jesse Valencia was 39 when he was last seen in Stockton, California, on January 1, 2003. Family members reported they hadn’t heard from him since then. A friend said Jesse may have been living transiently in the Sacramento area around the time he disappeared.

Also known as Jose Dejesus Valenvia, he is described as a Hispanic male about 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 220 pounds, with black hair. The Stockton Police Department keeps his case open and active and asks anyone with information to come forward.

If anyone knew Jesse’s routines, places he stayed, or saw him in the Stockton or Sacramento area around 2003, can you share what you remember?
