Natalian Ringo, 23, was shot and killed after leaving home in the early morning hours of August 29, 2019. He told his brother he’d be back shortly after receiving a phone call to meet someone in a familiar Highland Park neighborhood between 1 and 2 a.m., then drove away in his silver 2011 Malibu. At about 7:20 a.m. the same morning his vehicle was found in the 16000 block of George Street near Puritan with the engine still running; Natalian was inside and had been shot.

Investigators reported no immediate witnesses or camera footage at the scene and the car’s windows were not shattered, a detail his family has pointed to in believing he knew his killer. Natalian, known as Luke, was a Belleville High School graduate and a student at Kentucky State University who wanted to open a clothing store. No suspects have been publicly identified and no arrests have been made; Crime Stoppers of Michigan is offering up to $2,500 for information leading to an arrest.

If anyone knew Natalian, was in that Highland Park area that night, or has information about the phone call he received, please share what was seen or heard.
