Devon Young was 26 and lived in Willingboro when he was found shot to death behind the Iron Hill Brewery and next to Albo Appliance on East Kings Highway in Maple Shade, New Jersey. Police arrived about 8:25 a.m. on June 21, 2017, after witnesses reported hearing five to seven gunshots. Young, an employee at the appliance store, had suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office and Maple Shade Police Department led the investigation and concluded Young was the intended target. The area was secured as a crime scene and nearby businesses were temporarily locked down. No arrests or suspect information have been publicly announced, and the case remains unsolved.
