Thomas D. Dann, a 36-year-old Caucasian man, went missing after a boating accident in Yakutat Bay on May 6, 1990. He was last seen in Yakutat, Alaska, and was reported missing the same day. At the time he was approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighed about 160 pounds, had blond or strawberry blond hair and blue eyes, and bore a tattoo on his upper right arm and right shoulder.
