On the evening of December 8, 2022, a planned drug transaction at Cardinal Bark Park in Brownsburg, Indiana, ended with the death of 20-year-old Christian Michael Arciniega. Christian was in his car with his girlfriend when a man who had posed as a buyer, 23-year-old Deamonta McIntyre, got into the vehicle. McIntyre attempted to rob Arciniega at gunpoint; during a struggle McIntyre shot and killed him. The Brownsburg Police Department found Arciniega after a report of a person shot at about 11:07 p.m.
McIntyre and a woman who had driven him to the park, 21-year-old Kee Meh, left the scene in Arciniega’s vehicle; the car was later abandoned in Indianapolis. An investigation identified and led to the arrests of McIntyre and Meh. McIntyre was preliminarily charged with murder and armed robbery, and Meh was preliminarily charged with assisting a criminal. Another person, Jaylin Stovall, was later charged with armed robbery and criminal confinement for a role in planning the robbery.
Does anyone have information about Christian, the meeting at Cardinal Bark Park, or the events that night?
