On the morning of June 9, 2019, in Marion, Indiana, 25-year-old Isaiah Dakeem Ali Horton was found suffering from gunshot wounds at about 6:30 a.m. at 2559 Jefferson Circle. He was taken to Marion General Hospital and pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
