They knew he was a monster, they let him free and then they were surprised he killed again? Our system is so broken. This may have been decades ago but they system is still like this. ... ...View Post & Comment
This guy is the reason we have SWAT. I remember learning about this guy in school. He had a brain tumor. Now, the mass killers excuse is way less solid. I get the brain tumor will drive you to do awful things but now it\'s so much harder to figure out how a person goes from thought to action. Makes it harder to stop these from happening. Because, isn\'t that the goal?... ...View Post & Comment

It took him 6 minutes to do this. 6 minutes to take out 17 people. Just over 21 seconds to take each life. This is so heavy.... ...View Post & Comment

So I’ve been following the case of Natalie Jeanne Little from Mauriceville and something's been on my mind. I haven’t seen much discussion about the community's reaction after this tragedy. Mauriceville is a small community, and I'm curious how locals are processing the incident. It's hard to imagine the ripple effect something like this can have on a tight-knit area. Does anyone know if there have been vigils or community gatherings in Natalie’s memory? It's important for people to come t... ...View Post & Comment
She didn’t have much family left. And vigils aren’t really something her family would do. ... ...View Post & Comment

Has anyone been following the Natalie Jeanne Little case? I'm really struggling to wrap my head around how this escalated into such a devastating event. It makes me wonder about the background and what might have led to such a tragedy between these two women. It's clear that there were underlying tensions, but what confuses me the most is why it spiraled into such irreversible violence.I read that Parker chased someone else who was involved, and that person ran to a neighbor’s house. That bit ... ...View Post & Comment
Jealousy and hatred is what played out in this scenario. Sometimes the simplest answer is the right one. The other person chased was a female named Mel. ... ...View Post & Comment
Has anyone found more info about the connection between Mercey-Marie Brasher and David Gilbert Colvin? It’s so hard to wrap my head around the randomness of this tragedy. The officials mention robbery as the motive, but there's got to be more to the story, right? It seems unlikely that a robbery would escalate to such extreme violence without some kind of history or link between them. My heart truly goes out to her loved ones who are seeking answers and trying to make sense of this senseless a... ...View Post & Comment
I know this is already a few years old, but she\'s been on my mind lately, so I\'d like to offer some insight. She deserves justice. She was a good kid, who got caught up w the wrong crowd. Her so called boyfriend, the other \'victim\' in the shooting, was a part of setting this all up. No real reason, besides he wanted her to do something, she didn\'t want to do. She was an easy victim. Not from the streets. Not involved w gangs. But her intelligence was attractive to these scumbags. The guy wh... ...View Post & Comment
Thank you for this enlightened account of what happened. What kind of psychopath potentially sets this kind of thing up and why? There is no reason for this. I appreciate your candor. Hopefully the truth will come out someday. ... ...View Post & Comment
I was the leasing agent at the apartment complex where it occurred. I was the first civilian responder, and there isn’t a single day that goes by that I don’t think of him. I just want closure and justice for his family. I don’t want to be disrespectful by sharing the details of that morning, but please if anyone knows what happened to the girl that pulled the trigger, please, come forward.... ...View Post & Comment

This was a bad situation to start with. There should never have been a situation a step brother and step sister share a small little cabin especially at that age. I know the parents weren\'t thinking of that and that was a tragic mistake. I wonder if there were any indications of possible problems before this that was overlooked by family.... ...View Post & Comment
