On March 25, 2022, a tragic incident claimed the lives of two young cousins in a rented apartment in downtown Saint Louis, Missouri. Paris Harvey, a 12-year-old girl, and Kuaron Harvey, a 14-year-old boy, were attending a family birthday gathering at a loft on the 1000 block of Spruce Street.
